A Safety Lift Director is needed for a leading GC firm. The Safety Lift Director will oversee and manage on-site lifting, hoisting, mobile equipment, and crane/rigging activities for large-scale GC projects. This role collaborates with project teams to promote a world-class safety culture and prevent significant incidents. Responsibilities include mentoring trade partners, implementing industry best practices, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Candidates should have 5+ years of crane and rigging experience, an NCCCO lift director certification, and expertise in managing large, complex projects. Formal safety training in hazardous energy control, LOTO, and various construction safety disciplines is essential. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and relevant safety certifications or degrees are preferred. This is a direct-hire role, and relocation is available for qualified candidates.
