　　JOB PURPOSE

　　The SHE Admin Staff will execute the creation and deployment of Safety & Health visuals, controls, and processes to ensure SHE standards are being met. S/he will also support the implementation of site-specific SHE projects.

　　MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

　　Translate Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) into videos.

　　Create visual controls (Confined Space, Work at Heights, etc.)

　　Assist in digitized forms creation

　　Update Area Owner boards

　　Assist in SHE Documents to kiosk

　　Assist in AI CCTV and Digitization Admin work

　　Assist in Wearable Assessment - Data consolidation and CCTV review

　　QUALIFICATIONS

　　Proficient in Microsoft tools

　　Knows how to use Excel formulas

　　Proficient in graphic design / poster creation

　　Fresh graduates or maximum of 2 years experience in related field

　　Amendable in 1-year fixed term contract
