We are seeking an organized individual with excellent communication skills to support MDO implementations. In this role, you will work closely with Project Managers and Customer Success Managers to deliver on implementation projects. This role is a contributing member of a deployment team to deliver multiple SaaS offerings to Varian's vast customer base.Role Description:
Build credibility with technical, clinical, and business stakeholders. Be comfortable discussing and configuring network connectivity to the Varian Cloud (AWS and Azure), setting up/troubleshooting HL7 messaging, SMART on FHIR, Cloverleaf, addressing security configuration needs / concerns, discussing, and configuring VPNs, Whitelisting, and working cross-functionally within Varian to deliver a memorable, positive customer experienceProvide customer-facing technical leadership, primarily during implementation, across domains such as networking, data interoperability, security, and operations for Varian's Software-as-Service portfolioDesign, develop, analyze, troubleshoot, and provide technical leadership in support of successful implementations of Varian Software-as-Service products. Serve as an active part of the SaaS Enablement Team to deliver a successful implementation from kick-off through go-liveDevelop and foster relationships with the internal customers: SaaS project team, other partners inside Varian's networUpdate and maintain customer cloud supported products environments as neededCompile status reports to the assigned project manager/managerCollect and analyze data providing feedback identifying opportunities to improve the implementation and customer satisfactionPerforms cloud product installations and configuration, as well as on premise connectivity, using system tools where available for implementation and upgradesPromptly respond to incidents and other events as necessaryWorks with cloud-based and on premise (physical and virtual) environments, operating systems, databases and other software and networking technologiesReviews scope of work for assigned tasks and tracks to completionReviews customer IT infrastructure and project plans to ensure they meet documented installation requirementsCompletes all necessary task documentation to meet Varian's Quality processes and proceduresRequires limited direct supervisionAttend planning calls and provide technical input as neededComplete company provided training within prescribed timelinesReports to the Director of the SaaS Enablement Team
