As a CACI-SOAS USAREUR-AF G2 EXECUTIVE OFFICE – RUSSIAN SME, you will support US Army Europe/Africa G2 and other Intelligence related mission partners, as a key team member of a complex program that provides professional services in support of advisory and analysis efforts associated with Intelligence Warfighting Function (IWfF)mission areas. The USAREUR-AF TMISS Team will research, analyze, and produce near- and long-term all source assessments on terrorism / counterterrorism, and multi-discipline counter-intelligence issues in response to CG USAREUR-AF’s priority intelligence requirements and to enable U.S. and foreign partner counterintelligence operations.
You will be a member of a team that supports the Intelligence Directorate of the Army Component Command of both the US European Command and US Africa Command.

More About the Role:
As a USAREUR-AF G2 EXECUTIVE OFFICE – RUSSIAN SME you will embed at USAREUR/AF G2, located at Clay Kaserne in Wiesbaden, Federal Republic of Germany and may travel as required, to perform services at other locations within the USEUCOM or US AFRICOM AOR or Area of Interest (AOI) to meet mission requirements in both CONUS and OCONUS locations.
These positions are contingent upon SOFA approval or commensurate work-Visa requirements at the primary place of duty. Employee must be willing to work shifts, overtime, and/or deploy to austere or hostile fire zones as required.
Other duties will include but are not limited to:
•Provide comprehensive analysis of Russia's political landscape, foreign policies, and objectives.
•Analyze key Russian leaders, institutions, and decision-making processes with respect to Ground Order of Battle.
•Assess Russia's influence in regional and global geopolitics and its impact on USAREUR-AF equities and interests.
•Evaluate Russia's military capabilities, force posture, and modernization efforts.
•Analyze Russian military doctrine, tactics, and potential threat scenarios.
•Identify developments in defense technology and their implications for U.S. Ground Forces.
•Assess Russia's socioeconomic trends, challenges, and opportunities and provide informed suggestions on interdiction.
•Analyze the impact of economic policies and sanctions on Russia's stability and capabilities.
•Provide insights into the economic factors influencing Russian decision-making.
•Collaborate with senior interagency intelligence professionals to develop comprehensive intelligence assessments on Russia.
•Contribute to the production of intelligence reports, briefings, and presentations at the FO/GO/SES level.
•Provide timely updates on emerging trends and developments related to Russia.
•Assist in the development of USAREUR-AF's strategic plans and policies pertaining to Russia.
•Provide expert recommendations for shaping U.S. military and diplomatic strategies in the EUCOM and AFRICOM AOR.
•Establish and maintain connections with regional experts, think tanks, and U.S. and Allied Government agencies.
•Liaise with external partners to exchange information and insights on Russia-related matters.
•Develop and deliver training sessions on Russia-related topics for intelligence personnel.
•Share expertise through presentations, workshops, and written materials.
•Identify potential risks and opportunities associated with Russia's actions and policies.
•Contribute to threat assessments and risk mitigation strategies.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or advanced degree from an accredited academic institution or military school.
A minimum of seven (7) years’ experience working in geopolitical roles within or with countries within the USAREUR-AF AOR, at Corps and above.
A minimum of six (6) years providing direct Russian military organizational design, composition, disposition, key leaders, historical activities, and trends.
A minimum of ’ experience reviewing operational plans to ensure pacing threat assessments regarding Russian military capabilities, organization, and scheme of maneuver remain consistent with historical deployments and force modernization efforts.
A minimum of six (6) years experience providing assessments and briefings in support of conferences, distinguished visitors, and operational plans and strategy design efforts.
A minimum of six (6) years experience reviewing daily Military Intelligence or Intelligence Community products associated with Russian military activities and military publications.
Minimum Security Clearance – TS/SCI
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Candidate should have an in depth understanding of the European theater at a Corp level or above with IC experience.
Candidate should have SME level expertise on Russian Ground Order of Battle, mission objectives, capabilities and training.
Candidate is desired to have 5 or more years of experience providing comprehensive intelligence assessments for DoD Theater level commands or subordinate or supported commands on EUCOM’s pacing threat, Russia.

$105,100 - 231,100 USD
