POSITION: PT Food & Beverage RunnerDEPARTMENT: Food and BeverageREPORTS TO: Concessions ManagerSummaryASM Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate opening for Runner. Responsible for stocking/rotating inventory for all concessions stands, portable carts, and bar locations. The work schedule is event driven and may require early morning, late night, and weekend shifts.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesInclude the following:* Filling requisitions and enters transfers for all locations* Rotating inventory * Maintaining inventory and stock of all supplies at the locations listed above* Maintaining rules and regulations of Health and Sanitation Laws, as well as sale transfer/storage procedures* Maintaining, organizing, and cleaning the storerooms.Other duties may be assigned.QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
