Plans,schedules, and arranges completion of tasks in order to meet all MROschedules. Arranges technical training as required. and ensuresapplicable PQL qualifications are kept current for subordinates.Provides input to performance appraisals to area management for review.Applies 6S and Lean Initiatives to ensure shops are meeting productionrequirements, work areas remain clean, uncluttered, and safe. Leads andinstructs shop personnel in proper procedures and techniques. Ensuresall work performed by assigned team complies with all required.documentation including Component Maintenance Manuals, drawings,blueprints, Computerized Maintenance Procedures, and all otherapplicable required. documentation.
