　　Cintas is seeking a Route Service Sales Representative - UltraClean(4-Day Workweek). Responsibilities include providing excellent customerservice to a set customer base on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basisby cleaning customers surfaces using customized no-touch cleaningequipment; driving a customized company-owned step van to and fromnumerous customer stops throughout the day, as well as lifting andcarrying equipment into and out of customer accounts; growing the routeby selling additional products and services to current customeraccounts; ensuring customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries andrequests and pro-active problem solving; cleaning and maintaining theequipment and interior of the vehicle. Specific routes and customers areassigned in order to build a rapport with the customers serviced.Customer service and relationship-building is crucial in this position.Paid on-the-job training is provided.

　　Skills/Qualifications

　　Required

　　Qualified candidates must meet all requirements outlined by theDepartment of Transportation (DOT) for driving a regulated vehicleweighing more than 10,000 lbs. In order to comply with DOT requirements,qualified candidates must, prior to their first day of employment:

　　Have an active driver\'s license

　　Be at least 21 years of age

　　Obtain a DOT medical certification

　　Provide documentation regarding their previous employment

　　All successful candidates will also possess:

　　The ability to meet the physical requirements of the position

　　A High School diploma, GED or Military Service

　　The ability to demonstrate a strong customer service orientation

　　Self-motivation and the drive to work in an environment that relies onteamwork to meet goals
