About Junior Account Manager

The role of a Junior Account Manager isn't just a job, it is an opportunity to shape the future of our membership proposition nationwide. You'll be interacting with senior executives and C-Level clients as you become an integral force in propelling our membership growth to new heights.

  Our Junior Account Managers ensure they deliver a world class service for our members, handling renewals, upgrades and driving revenue growth all while engaging in lively meaningful conversations. Your success will be measured by renewal rates and customer satisfaction.

  Key Responsibilities:

  Engage with senior executives in household brands by running product demonstrations, training webinars and inviting members to eventsProvide support for members including onboarding, service throughout the subscription, and renewal or off-boardingProactively recruiting members for live and virtual events throughout the member calendarStrategic coordination with internal teams to achieve success for the business and the members including diagnostic result deliveriesManage member requests e.g. questions about content and other services, networking requests, logins and other member administrationExecuting renewal plans for each member and directly supporting an Account Manager e.g. scheduling calls and meetings, preparing usage statisticsTechnical and customer service support requiring knowledge of technical systems to operate the website, use of CRM (Salesforce.com)Organising meetings and schedules, assisting with the organisation of both local and international travel and meetings at eventsAccurately and continuously updating SalesForce.com to maintain client information

  Key Attributes, Skills and Experience:

  An interest in developing a commercial career path in Account ManagementExcellent grasp of the Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to develop excellent personal relationships with internal and external customers, thinking about situations from other people's perspective for mutually beneficial outcomesThirst for knowledge about business, and desire to learn about procurement's role as a critical business driver for successExcellent attention to detail, analytical and numerate, with ability to deal with ambiguous situationsUnderstands the need for organisational discipline and outcomes-based planning to achieve success in a team

  This opportunity offers a £28,000 - £30,000 basic salary with commission paid out quarterly based on member renewals
