Key Responsibilities
As a Route Sales and Service Tech, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. This role involves interacting with customers, being an effective team player, and resolving conflicts professionally. You will be involved in loading and unloading deliveries, with a strong emphasis on safety.You will also be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our customers through excellent communication skills. Previous experience in route sales and customer service is preferred but not required.

Strong sense of customer service.Excellent teamwork and conflict resolution skills.Excellent communication skills.Safety-focused mindset.Ability to load, unload, lift and carry light deliveries repetitively.Previous experience in face-to-face sales or customer service is a plus.Experience working in a manufacturing facility.Cold calling experience is an advantage.Good driving record.Ability to safely operate a Company vehicle, automatic transmission step van and/or box truck.Qualifications and Requirements:
Eligible to work in the U.S.Must be at least 21 years of age.Verifiable work history.Strong work ethic.Team oriented and self-motivated.Punctual and Dependable.Trainable/Teachable.Physical ability to lift, push and/or pull up to 75pounds and stand/move for entire shift.Verifiable clean Driving History and Licensed, CDL not required.Ability to pass initial and random drug and alcohol screening.We are an equal opportunity employer and make hiring decisions based on merit.
