　　Responsible for operation of machine, striving for efficiency and minimal waste.  Oversee and ensure press procedures are done quickly and efficiently.  Excellent knowledge of control board.Responsibilities:

　　Oversee the operation of the press.Demonstrate good leadership and communication skills.Oversee preparation for upcoming jobs.Ensure good pass-down at shift change.Continual training of assistants.Complete job set-ups and changeovers.Log all non-emergency maintenance at press side.Maintain accurate Shop Floor production reports.Perform PM and TPM on machines.Report all safety related problems, accidents and emergency maintenance to immediate supervisor.Troubleshoot problems.Observes plant safety rules.Maintain and keep equipment and/or work area in an orderly manner.Perform other related work as required.Manage satellite hazardous waste accumulations according to federal/state regulation.Participate in on-the-job hazardous waste training.General Qualifications:
