  DescriptionRESPONSIBILITIESPerform minor building, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and painting repairs in accordance with submitted work ordersPerform general maintenance task including painting, landscaping and carpentry repairsPerform preventative maintenance, reporting major repair and maintenance needs to Facilitites ManagerProvide assistance with keeping the information in the maintenance software platform up to dateComplete independent projectsAssist Facilities Manager with project tracking and vendor managementProactively identify and communicate to Maintenance Coordinator potential opportunities for maintenance projectsAssist in creating and scheduling preventive maintenance and service work ordersPerform building, equipment, grounds and system inspections to identify any issuesMeet and work with vendors to complete RFP's and projects.Maintain awareness of and adherence to Bank's compliance requirements and risk management concepts,expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasksDeliver a consistent, high level of service within our Service Excellence standardsOther duties as assignedCOMPETENCIESCustomer Service SkillsAbility to understand and follow directionsDetail OrientedOrganizational SkillsAnalytical ThinkingAble to Multi-Task or Juggle PrioritiesAbility to work as part of a teamSCHEDULEOffice hours are: Monday through Friday, 7am to 4pm. This position requires occasional shifts outside of traditional hours during a scheduled shut down for equipment service or in emergency repair situations. This position is hourly and full time. A minimum 37.5 hours is required to maintain eligibility for full-time status.This position is 100% onsite at designated locations.EDUCATION- CERTIFICATIONS- WORK EXPERIENCEHigh School Diploma or equivalent required2-4 years maintenance experience requiredTrade apprenticeship graduate preferredPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSFrequent travel within a 50 mile radius, occasional travel within 150 mile radiusPush, pull or lift up to 100 lbs. of force occasionally, up to 50 lbs. frequently, and 20 lbs. regularlySpend long periods of time standing and/or walkingClimb ladder and/or ramps regularlyStoop, crouch and kneel regularlyADDITIONAL INFORMATIONMust have valid drivers license and current insuranceMust wear work appropriate shoes/boots and pants for Safety reasonsThis position will occasionally require evenings and weekend workQualificationsBehaviorsDetail Oriented - Capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done wellEnthusiastic - Shows intense and eager enjoyment and interestMotivationsFlexibility - Inspired to perform well when granted the ability to set your own schedule and goalsEducationHigh School (required)Park National Corporation is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
