　　Job Overview

　　The Rooms Operations Management Intern will participate in a summer rotational program encompassing hotel operations, such as Front Desk, Guest Relations, Club Lounge and Housekeeping. Interns will gain first-hand experience into a chosen operational area of the hotel and earn valuable career-related knowledge for professional growth. Interns will receive training and mentorship from our team of professional managers. Interns will have opportunities for cross-operational exposures to gain a broad understanding of how hotel departments interact and support each other.

　　Knowledge/Skills

　　Excellent comprehension for assisting with guest and associate matters.

　　Vision required for seating guests, expediting food, cleaning equipment, reading floor plans, charts, schedules.

　　Must have excellent oral communication for communicating with guests and associates, issuing instructions and communicating policies.

　　Excellent comprehension required to read and implement policies and procedures; writing schedules and reading forecast and SOPs.

　　Must have knowledge of chemicals/agents for training purposes.
