Room Attendant. Cote Family Companies Inc. d/b/a Grand View Lodge, Spa & Golf Resort (Nisswa, MN). 12 openings. Temporary, F/T job from 04/01/2024 10/31/2024. Min. 35 hrs/week. Shifts: 7am-3pm, 9am-5pm, 4pm-12am. (5 rotating days including weekends). Duties: Ensures all units are clean, by making beds, cleaning bathrooms, cleaning floors, shelves, and surfaces. Removing all dirty linens and trash, replacing with new linens. Restock any necessary products within the unit. Daily tasks are repetitive. 6 months experience in room/cabin/house cleaning required. Must be able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing 50 pounds without assistance. Ability to stand, walk (4-5 hours at a time), kneel, and climb stairs, reach & bend. Must be able to read basic chemical labels. Pre-employment Criminal Background Check and Pre-employment Drug Test is required. Rate of Pay: $15.25 to $16.00/hr. O/T $22.88 to $24.00/hr. Air transport to place of employment will be provided at no cost to worker (air travel paid upfront); Ground expenses & subsistence costs will be reimbursed to worker during 1st pay period. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $15.46/day during travel to a max $59.00/day w/receipts. If worker does not complete at least 1/2 of employment period worker is expected to refund employer. Return transport will be provided if worker completes employment period or is dismissed early. Employer will provide at no charge all tools, supplies, & equipment required to perform job. Employer guarantees to offer work for hrs equal to at least 3/4 of workdays in each 12-week period of total employment. Optional housing is offered on a first-come, first-serve basis for workers who are relocating to begin employment. Housing includes AC in each unit, free laundry, free wifi, utilities and meals. Cost of housing, if accepted, is approximately $140.00 per month. If used, total cost of housing will be deducted from paycheck. A weekly $10.00 refundable security deposit will be deducted from paycheck. All deductions from worker s paycheck required by law will be made.
