JOB REQUIREMENTS: Experienced roofer. Strong understanding of a varietyof roofing systems. This position is based out of our Janesville, WIlocation and will service southern Wisconsin and Northern Illinois. JobDescription: Self-motivated roofer who always strives for excellence inevery task and excels at working as a team. Understands the roofingprocess from beginning to end and can remove and install roof systemswith no assistance or supervision. Can assist other employees byanswering questions and showing techniques. Key Responsibilities:Understands the roofing process. Install, repair, or maintain roofsusing various materials. Team Leadership: Lead a team of roofers onsite,providing guidance, instruction, and support to ensure the successfulcompletion of roofing projects. Project management: Manage the entireroofing installation process from start to finish, collaborating closelywith production supervisor to ensure project stays on track and meetsquality standards. Training: Train and mentor new employees Safety:Prioritize and enforce safe working conditions for both crew andcustomers. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: JobRequirements: Roofing expertise: At least 3 years of experience infield. Valid driver\'s license and ability to be on company\'sinsurance. Available to work Monday through Friday during daylight hoursand weekends if needed. Must be 18 years of age or older. Ability toclimb ladders and walk around on roofs. Ability to lift 50 lbs. or morewhile walking and climbing up ladders and stairs. Excellentcommunication skills both verbally and written.
