　　Rolling Stock Engineering Project Manager ( Technical PM ) :

　　PM will act as a technical point of contact with the customers to accelerate the rolling stock ( rail vehicle ) design approval and other processes

　　PM will lead interactions between the customer and tender / project teams to help the company to deliver a design that fulfills contract obligations on time and within budget

　　Participate in all relevant tender / project / product design – manufacturing – testing – delivery - etc. activities to ensure the customer satisfaction

　　Plan and coordinate the project tasks / milestones with the customer and the engineering team

　　Assess the impacts of the variations (costs and/or lead time) in the projects, as well as the possible effect of the risks and penalties

　　Participate in the functional definition and revision process of the corresponding rail vehicle systems together with customer and suppliers / vendors

　　Track project KPIs and define actions for improvement

　　Review design solutions, revisit contractual requirements, compliance with applicable standards, etc.

　　Generate relevant documentation for the design review of the rail vehicles

　　Participate in the validation and verification process for the rail vehicles, check the compliance with applicable requirements

　　Qualifications :

　　Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, etc

　　Proven managerial / technical leadership experience

　　PMP certification will be a plus

　　Experience with railway rolling stock design / manufacturing / warranty services processes, specifically engineering design coordination / management ( new build or refurbishment )
