Drive continuous improvements working with a cross functional wage and salary team.

　　Address quality issues utilizing data, root cause analysis, and mistake proofing methods.

　　Establishing sequence of events, part routings, proper operating method sheets, labor standards, layouts, tool concepts, part and equipment costs, and quality plans.

　　Participate in team studies related to capacity, productivity, and efficiency.

　　Support the launch of new product lines, model year changes & running changes.

　　Requirements

　　1 – 3 years Fanuc Robotics Programming Knowledge & Experience.

　　1 – 3 years PLC Logic Understanding and Troubleshooting.

　　1 – 3 years’ experience with welding of High Strength, low alloy steel.

　　1 – 3 years’ experience with fabrication processes including laser cutting and bending.

　　Ability to work 2nd or 3rd shift, weekly overtime, and periodic Saturdays.

　　Preferred:

　　2-5+ years of relevant work experience working with FANUC robots.

　　Understanding of GD&T, Tool Design, & 3D Modeling Practical experience with Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW).

　　Experience with shop floor manufacturing and incentive pay systems.

　　Demonstrated experience effectively interacting and communicating with production employees, supervisors, managers, and other engineers.

　　Experience using SAP and computer aided design and/or engineering tools (i.e.: Creo, AutoCAD, etc.).
