  We are hiring both RN's and LPN's to join our Float Pool for outpatient clinics! These positions support various (https://www.saintalphonsus.org/find-a-location/locations-results?&LocationDescendants=true) Saint Alphonsus Medical Group (SAMG) clinics across the Treasure Valley.

  POSITION SUMMARY & HIGHLIGHTS:

  As an RN/LPN in the Saint Alphonsus Medical Group, you will provide skilled nursing care in coordination with licensed providers while promoting a positive patient experience with compassion and kindness. You will administer medications, maintain a safe nursing area, and provide education and resources to patients and families based on their needs. RN's are also expected to serve as a mentor to clinical staff, maintain accurate documentation, and preserve confidential information.

  M INIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :

  RN:

  General Requirements:

  Nursing experience in an ambulatory setting preferred.Education:

  An associate or bachelor's degree from a nursing program accredited by ACEN or CCNELicense/Certification:

  Must have an RN license in the state of Idaho issued prior to hire date.

  Multistate licenses must establish residency with the Idaho Board of Nursing within 60 days from hire.

  All colleagues must provide licensure or proof of application in process for an Oregon RN license within 90 days of the hire date.

  Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers certification from either AHA, ARC or the Military Training Network is required at hire

  LPN:

  General Requirements:

  Experience in an ambulatory care setting preferred.License/Certification:

  Licensed in State of Idaho as an Practical Nurse (LPN) and as defined by the State Board of Nursing.

  Must provide licensure or proof of application in the State of Oregon within six months of starting

  Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers certification from either AHA, ARC or the Military Training Network is required at hire
