　　The Department Pool RN responsibilities include:

　　Independently cares for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards

　　Delegates appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team

　　Responsible for professional accountability and development

　　Minimum of 18-months acute care RN experience is required for this role. For this position, we strongly prefer at least 1 year RN experience in Operating Room.
