　　The Clinical Nurse I responsibilities include:  

　　Cares for a group of patients with minimum supervision applying the nursing process and clinical standards.

　　Delegates appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team.

　　Certifications and Licensures:  

　　BLS (Basic Life Support) 

　　RN (Registered Nurse) 

　　ACLS (Cardiovascular) if required by department 

　　Preferred Nurse Specialty 

　　Education:  

　　Associate's Nursing or Diploma Nursing 

　　Preferred Bachelor's Nursing 

　　Experience:  

　　Required6 months RN Acute Care experience or 3 months RN Acute Care experience with prior LPN experience and completed competency assessment.

　　Or Registered Nurse with greater than 6 months of experience and most recent experiences is not in the hospital setting (e.g., home health care, assistant living facility, skilled nursing facility, doctors’ office or private duty setting).
