Position Description: RN

　　The Clinical Nurse III responsibilities include:  

　　The Clinical Nurse III is proficient in the care of a patient population utilizing effective managerial skills.

　　Acts as a professional role model for other members of the nursing team.

　　Responsible for developing self and team members and sharing organizational information.

　　Performs the role of preceptor and charge nurse. SIPP Only: Direct contact with the child and has primary responsibility for providing personal care, assistance and supervision to a child.

　　Requirements:

　　Certifications and Licensures:  

　　BLS (Basic Life Support) 

　　RN (Registered Nurse) 

　　ACLS (Cardiovascular) if required by department 

　　Preferred Nurse Specialty 

　　Education:  

　　BSN or BS Healthcare related field within 7 months of hire/promotion

　　OR RN Professional Nurse Specialty Certification within 7 months of hire/promotion

　　Experience:  

　　18 months comparable nursing practice experience.Facility:

　　BayCare Health System, Cardiovascular Telemetry-MCH

　　Location: Mease Countryside

　　Status: Full Time, Exempt: No

　　Shift Hours: 6:00am - 7:15pm

　　Shift: Shift 1

　　Shift 1 = Days, 2 = Evenings, 3 = Nights, 4 = Varies

　　Weekend Work: Every Other

　　On Call: No
