  Job Description:

  Seeking a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to serve at Essentia Living Center, our long-term care facility in Fosston, Minnesota. This RN or LPN works 12-hour night shifts, 6:00 pm to 6:30 am, an average of 36 hours per week. Every third weekend and a holiday rotation are required. Sign-on bonuses are available: $3K for LPNs, $10K for RNs with an ADN, and $15K for RNs with a BSN. RN ($35.98, or more with experience): Responsible for organizing and providing care to residents through the process of assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. Delegates aspects of care to other nursing personnel based upon their licensure, preparation, and job descriptions. Contributes to the meeting of the mission and goals of the facility and Essentia and meets the requirements of the Joint Commission if applicable and/or other federal, state, and local regulatory or accrediting agencies. LPN ($20.91, or more with experience): A care giver who assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of primarily elderly patients for a designated time frame and provides care to these patients via therapeutic use of self, the nursing process, the environment/instrumentation, and other health care team members. Works both cooperatively and independently, to work efficiently under stress.

  Licensure/Certification Qualifications:

  Current nursing licensure in the state of Minnesota.

  Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 1 month.

  Pay Range

  $35.98 - $53.97 / hour

  The approximate base compensation range is posted, but the actual offer will reflect our total compensation and benefits package. The offer will be determined by a number of factors including the selected candidate’s experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, FTE, as well as internal equity among our team.
