We are seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join one of the nation’s most integrated healthcare systems, with over 1,300 providers in Indianapolis, IN.
Highlights
This provider will join our Touchpoint Senior Living practice providing care to the geriatric population in the post-acute and long-term care settings. Ideal candidates will have demonstrated expertise in the advanced practice of nursing within the Adult/Geriatric population and an understanding of the specific needs of this population, as well as a desire to work both independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team. Travel between long-term care settings will be required.
Part-time 0.6 FTE, days (benefits eligible)
Friday – Sunday Schedule
8a to 5p Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
Evening call coverage at 0800 am on Saturday to 0800 Monday

Qualifications:
Ideal candidates will have demonstrated expertise in the advanced practice of nursing within the Adult/Geriatric population and an understanding of the specific needs of this population, as well as a desire to work both independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
Licensure & Certification
Educational background consistent with requirements for licensure and certification within the state of Indiana.
