About RN or LPN

　　Come join our team of dedicated care givers. Overlooking beautiful Lake Sleepy Eye, Divine Providence Community Home is a 50 bed skilled nursing facility. The Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides nursing care to residents according to physicians' orders and resident care plan. Monitors resident status and makes referrals to physician and resident's next of kin. Administers and records medications and treatments as prescribed by physician. Takes and records vital signs. Monitors nursing staff on assigned shift. Full-time or Part-time evening shift & Part-time night shift, every other weekend. $2 evening shift differential. $3 night shift differential All applicants will receive consideration for employment regardless of their race, color, creed, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, disability, age, marital status, or status with regard to public assistance.
