RN Nurse Specialist

　　We are currently seeking an experienced Nurse Leader to join our team of Clinical Special i sts in the newly created position of RN Nurse Specialist .

　　In this role you will work as the leader of a team of experts to make an impact on facilities throughout the state.

　　The ideal candidate will have 3 - 5 years of experience in Long Term Care.

　　Together with the Director of Nursing , the RN Nurse Specialist provides advice and counsel to managers and supervisors related to nursing policies and procedures, clinical processes, and quality measures as directed by the VP Of Clinical Operations . He/she also performs training and other duties as assigned. The position assists facilities throughout St. Louis to elevate their standards and provide superior care to residents.

　　Job Duties and Responsibilities:

　　Evaluate facility compliance to clinical policy, procedure, and care.

　　Visit assigned facilities for intervention, audit and training.

　　Monitor readiness for State Survey and assist during surveys

　　Aid in the Plan of Correction process

　　Job Requirements:

　　Current RN license, BSN preferred

　　At least 3 years experience in Long Term Care

　　Excellent written and verbal communication skills

　　Must maintain current CPR certification

　　Ability to travel between our two St. Louis locations
