St. Francis Nursing Home is an 80-bed skilled nursing facility attached to CHI St. Francis Health acute hospital and Primary Care and Walk-in Clinic providing quality nursing care to residents in and around Breckenridge, MN. Sign On Bonus: $30,000

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Administers prescribed medications and treatments.

Reviews and evaluates resident’s care and adjusts as needed.

Administered, conducts, directs and supervises resident related care and activities on assigned unit.

Direct supervision of LPNs, TMAs and CNAs on scheduled shift.

Completes all required assessments and documentation in a timely manner.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Registered Nurse degree from a recognized college or university.

Active Minnesota license in good standing.

BLS

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to handle engage others and handle conflicts resulting in positive outcome.

Strong leadership skills.

Pay Range

$30.55 - $44.30 /hour
