Bedside nursing and/or Supervision would be required for those in this role.What you will need:Required:A current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of New York1 year or more of recent experience as a RN in a long-term care facilityAssociates degree in nursingWork 3 shifts between 3 locations every four weeksCannot hold a concurrent position within this divisionPreferred:Supervisor responsibilities as a RNRegistered Nurses in the float pool must possess a passion for caring for seniors and demonstrate a respectful, caring, professional demeanorRegistered Nurses in the float must have excellent communication skills, keeping in contact with direct manager and leadership at the assigned locations.The RN must have excellent time management and organizational skillsPay Range:$42.00 - $50.00 Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
