We are seeking dedicated and skilled Registered Nurses to provide exceptional care to our patients. As a valued member of our team, you will evaluate patients, plan, implement, and document nursing care, while also assisting nursing peers and supporting physicians during examinations and procedures.
Responsibilities:
Perform various patient tests and administer medications within the scope of practice of a registered nurse.
Promote patients' independence by setting patient care goals and providing education to patients and their families on conditions, medications, and self-care skills.
Demonstrate familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the nursing field.
Requirements:
Graduate of a nursing program (Bachelor's Degree preferred).
Proficiency in interpreting basic EKG strips with an 80% or greater pass rate on the initial exam or successful competency within six (6) weeks of hire date.
Prior emergency or critical care nursing experience preferred.
Current Mississippi or compact RN licensure required.
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required (or within 30 days of hire).
SAMA certification required (or within 60 days of hire).
TNCC certification required (or within 18 months of hire).
