　　Job Summary and Qualifications

　　Ensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall function and staffing of the unit(s)/department(s) in addition to forecasting, planning, and budget monitoring.

　　Fosters a culture of accountability and collaboration

　　Supports the development and implementation of strategies, policies, and procedures in support of facility objectives

　　Participates in the annual budget process and monitors the budget performance

　　What qualifications you will need:

　　Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN)

　　Registered Nurse

　　Bachelors Degree required

　　Three years oncology experience requires

　　Basic Cardiac Life Support, or BCLS Instructor must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
