　　Job Summary and Qualifications

　　As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide nursing care on cases ranging from minor injuries to acutely or critically ill patients in a Level II Trauma Center. We have an amazing and fast acting team who work together in stressful situations, always putting the patients first.

　　· You will triage, assess and treat patients of all ages.

　　· In this role you will need to manage multiple cases simultaneously while providing general nursing care and prioritizing needs.

　　· You will be proficient in recognizing life threatening arrhythmias and initiating the appropriate treatment.

　　· You will monitor, record and communicate patient conditions as appropriate utilizing computerized documentation systems.

　　· You will recognize and respond to changes in a patient’s condition.

　　· Coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.

　　· You will be asked to float between our 3 ER campuses (Portsmouth Regional ER, Dover Freestanding ER, Seabrook Freestanding ER)

　　REQUIREMENTS

　　Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

　　Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

　　Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of NH or valid compact state.

　　Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

　　ACLS

　　PALS within six months of hire.

　　TNCC within 2 years of hire.

　　Prior ER experience required
