　　Job Description:

　　Field survey of existing fire protection, and plumbing systems

　　Design of Plumbing, and Fire Protection systems for commercial, industrial, and healthcare facilities

　　Preparation of construction documents including drawings, specifications, calculations, and details

　　Approval of submittals and aid in RFI responses during construction administration

　　Hybrid Schedule

　　Qualifications:

　　5+ years of relevant Plumbing/Fire Protection design experience

　　Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar

　　Ability to work independently with general instructions / guidance from project manager and produce the expected results

　　Proficient in Revit & AutoCAD

　　Passed FE Exam is a plus

　　P.E Certificate is a plus
