WatertownRegional Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for the ClinicalResource Center (CRC) department. The Clinical Resource Center (CRC)Nurse will function as a Staff RN and is responsible to provide totalnursing care of the patient within an assigned patient care unit. TheClinical Resource Center is an internal float pool made up of RNs andTechs that are cross-trained to various departments throughout thehospital. This team of superheroes ensures adequate staffing coveragefor planned and unplanned events and allows us to flex between differentdepartments to support the various needs that arise, includingMedical/Surgical, Intensive Care Unit, Emergency, Ambulatory, andOB/GYN. Days - 24 hours per week / 2- 12 hour shifts / Weekends OnlyHospitalist providers (physicians and nurse practitioners), located onthe unit, collaborate with the nursing team to facilitate patienthealing. The Clinical Resource Center (CRC) Nurse will function as aStaff RN and is responsible to provide total nursing care of the patientwithin an assigned patient care unit. The CRC Nurse position willfunction within various nursing units, according to both scheduling andstaffing needs. This position carries out these responsibilitiesindependently with the guidance of accepted nursing and departmentpractice as well as directed by medical staff. Departments can include:Medical/Surgical, Intensive Care Unit, Emergency, Ambulatory, andOB/GYN. Qualifications Associate\'s Degree Nursing Licensed bythe Wisconsin State Board of Nursing as a Registered Nurse BLShealthcare provider required.
