The Hospital Liaison Registered Nurse is the face of Crossroads Hospice within the community. The self-motivated nurse initiates, builds, and maintains relationships with organizations, families, and other healthcare professionals.

　　Position Qualifications:

　　2 years of prior skilled Registered Nursing experience

　　An active unencumbered state RN license

　　Current driver's license and auto liability coverage

　　CPR certification, a copy of TB Results, a copy of an updated physical

　　Strong understanding of Hospice and Palliative care

　　Interest in Marketing

　　Strong community relationships within the Northeastern Ohio market

　　Shift:

　　Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM with a back up on callPowered by JazzHR
