　　The Engineering Storekeeper is responsible for the procurement and storage of various materials in the Engineering department, ensuring the integrity of the quantity and quality of materials.

　　What will I be doing?

　　As the Engineering Storekeeper, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

　　• Accept and check Engineering materials and manage stock.

　　• Take charge of the borrowing of special tools and keep proper records.

　　• Make the purchase plan and evaluate needs, assisting in the purchase of engineering materials.

　　• Make minimum use of stock, supervising and recording daily and monthly consumption.

　　• Receive and inspect engineering supplies in conformity to the quantity and specifications of the order.

　　• Ensure that all stock are in proper order and are easily and safely accessible.

　　• Ensure that requisition forms are filled up and approved before any stock is removed, keeping proper records.

　　• Monitor the stock and fill up the purchase requisition form to be submitted to the Chief Engineer for approval.

　　• Conduct monthly stock inventory and submit it to the Director of Engineering.

　　• Carry out fire prevention inspection for the storehouse and ensure that no smoking is allowed in the storehouse.

　　• Ensure that nobody is allowed to enter the stock keeping area.

　　• Maintain minimum stock level, ensuring that requisitions which need materials are approved by the Chief Engineer in advance.

　　• Ensure correct use of materials, minimize wastage and be environmentally friendly.

　　• Manage the stock and storehouse in adherence to regulations and standards of the department.

　　• High School degree or above with more than 1 year of relevant working experience.

　　• Basic knowledge of engineering.

　　• Familiar with the operation process of the hotel industry.

　　• Proficient in computer and office software.

　　• Team player who is careful, serious, responsible and hard-working.
