Bento Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Manager for its Minneapolis, Minnesota location. Job Duties: The Marketing Manager develops and leads the digital marketing strategy for a specified area to deliver customer-centric, multi-channel marketing programs to maximize customer growth, retention and engagement. Identifies and communicates key performance indicators to ensure marketing strategies are yielding positive return on investment as well as to modify and optimize strategies as necessary. Manages professional employees and/or supervisors of complex support, production marketing team(s). Uses segment specific marketing strategies and media to launch marketing programs and/or products in collaboration with agencies, product, sales and technical teams. Successfully negotiates contracts and activates vendor relationships for the benefit of the Company and our brand. Adapts departmental plans and priorities to address agility, resource and operational challenges. Provides marketing support for alternative marketing channels such as tradeshows, seminars, industry sponsorships, etc. Collaborates with internal partners to ensure that all marketing programs are in accordance with all laws, regulations and bank policies. The Marketing Manager will be primarily responsible for: leading and supporting the growth marketing efforts; developing and implementing strategies to optimize major digital marketing channels: Website, SEO, PPC and Affiliate marketing; plan and implement overall marketing analytics strategy; deploy analytics towards optimization strategies; build cross-functional cadences with analytics insights to support Sales as well as Partnership Efforts; support and coordinate Product Marketing efforts leveraging data; market research backed by business intelligence; build tools to support the data needs for ongoing marketing efforts. Telecommuting available anywhere in U.S. Requirements: Requires a Master s degree in Marketing or Computer Information Systems plus 2 years of experience as a Marketing Manager, Analytics Manager, or related. Must possess 2 years of marketing strategy experience, which includes 2 years in each of the following: digital marketing; developing strategies and campaigns within the digital arena; marketing and media plan solutions, including rich media, site optimization, promotional ideas, mobile, and social networks; planning and managing digital marketing budgets; tracking and monitoring ROI and KPIs; KPI reporting and analysis; Website, SEO, PPC and Affiliate marketing channels; Google Analytics; Salesforce; Pardot; Tableau; and Jira.
