　　Patient Population: Ortho/Surgical unit with short stay CDU (clinical decision unit) influence. Criteria based admissions for CDU patients.

　　Patient Ratios: 1:4-5

　　EDUCATION - Grad of an Accredited Program

　　MAJOR - Nursing

　　CERTIFICATION/LICENSE/REGISTRATION - Registered Nurse (RN)

　　Basic Life Support (BLS): BLS or BLS within 30 days of hire or transfer.
