Navigate our micro mobility Bike vendors and manufacturers based across the globe to place, monitor and deliver orders to Markets and Distribution centers on time. Inventory Management of Bike assets and spares via systematic entry of work orders, transfer orders and purchase orders in ERP (Oracle). Coordination and management of shipments both domestically and internationally to final delivery. Preparation of shipping documentations (i.e. - packing slips, commercial invoices). Weekly meetings with suppliers to follow-up on production schedules. Communication with key internal stakeholders such as the Global Supply Management and Operations teams regarding NPIs and Market allocation updates. Support all relevant functions in creating and communicating gap closing scenarios. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required in Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Business, or related field. Three (3) years of experience in job offered or supply chain. Any amount of experience in the additional requirements will be acceptable unless specific amount is noted. Additional requirements: Prior academic background or work experience to include the following skills: 1. Experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems. 2. Experience with Oracle/SAP or similar system. 3. Experience working with Suppliers or in account management; and 4. Experience with advanced analytics or in Forecasting/Demand Planning. Salary: $169,042 to $190,000 per year.
