　　As Registered Nurse, you will:

　　Perform assessments on clients with illness, injury, or health related/psychological concerns. Report any significant finding to the appropriate medical provider and guardian, when appropriate Implement the prescribed intervention method. Transcribe all information accurately and efficiently and carry out orders for treatment as medically prescribed. Administer medication safely, accurately, and monitor for signs of adverse reactions to medications and/or treatments. Effectively triage phone calls regarding health-related concerns of youth in care Oversee and supervise care provided by the LPN and other health office staff. Must go to Rochester for 1 day orientation. The ideal candidate will have:

　　Minimum of an associate degree from an accredited Nursing Program and NYS license as a Registered Nurse Adolescent Psych and/or Pediatric Experience is preferred. 　　PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

　　Pay Range*: $24.97 - $37.45/hr. will also get shift differential on night/evening/weekend shifts and sign on bonus

　　*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
