About the Role
The role provides guidance to implement and improve global business processes, products, services and software. Works with global IT leaders to utilize appropriate IT teams and functions, requirements and implement recommendations to improve efficiency and add value.
• Build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, proactively manage their expectations and monitor satisfaction.
• Act as a key connection between service delivery and the business.
• Ensure business end-user requirements for IT services are documented.
• Identify gaps in existing functionality and review requirements with stakeholders.
• Develop project plans and initiate project mobilization.
• Monitor and manage project execution.
• Deliver IT services, systems, and applications to the business.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards defined by the IT organization.
• Ensure appropriate response to audit/ISRM assessment findings and recommendations.
• Monitor all events and take appropriate control measures.
• Provide governance/risk advice and support to associates in the IT function or support the global delivery of specific governance/risk areas and services.
• Ensure information governance quality and compliance in IT function/business organization projects and operations.
• Analyses risk impact on critical data assets and applies risk mitigation measures. For example, develop and maintain risk management processes, information security awareness programs, data classification, storage and transmission guidelines, audit coordination and management, and information management policy frameworks.

Role Requirements
• No academic qualifications required.
• Fluent communication in Japanese and English
• +5 years experience in plant IT in a pharmaceutical / medical industry
• Experience working in a global matrix organization.
• Experience of leading a team, as a line manager or a project manager
