SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Responsible for performing a variety of duties for the Risk Management Group including, but not limited to, answering incoming telephone calls; reviewing and responding to incoming correspondence; coordinating appointments and meetings for officers; providing support for division officers' presentations to the Board of Directors, Management Group, Loan Management Committee, Credit Policy, Credit Risk Oversight, Audit Committee and/or the Quarter Managers' Meeting; typing; filing; coordinating work within the division that includes, Compliance, Credit Recovery, Loan Review and the internal audit liaison function, as well as with other departments.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Must possess strong oral and written communicative skills (including excellent telephone etiquette and grammar); must demonstrate strong math skills with high degree of accuracy and demonstrate fundamental understanding of accounting principles. Must have the ability to deal tactfully and efficiently with professionals, regulators, the public and other employees. Must be able to organize multiple projects and determine priorities. Must demonstrate proficiency in operating office equipment including personal computer, copier, scanner, calculator and fax machine. Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel and Power Point software required.
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
An Associate's Degree with an emphasis in business or equivalent level of experience.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 3 -- 5 years administrative experience or a combination of education and experience normally required. Previous experience with personal computers and office equipment also required.
