In the Business Banking (BB) Risk Governance Team you will be part of a multi-faceted team that supports the Business Banking underwriting centers and the strategy team. You will be responsible for leading projects related to Business Banking Risk underwriting. You will also be involved in control review processes and quality assurance reviews. You will support and interact with various levels of management across Business Banking Risk and partner with Legal, Controls, Fair Lending and other areas. This role is a vital support role managing risk related processes, collaborating on process changes and other important initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage projects and change management requests impacting Risk, engaging all required parties for input and sign off
Update Procedures and Requirements documents
Collaborate with other business partners such as Pre-Underwriting, Post Approval, Sales Strategy and other areas when implementing updated underwriting strategies or procedure changes
Ensure proper communication is provided to BB Risk employees on key Risk updates
Demonstrate urgency and ability to manage competing priorities
Other assignments as needed
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of 5 years of process improvement, underwriting or project management experience
Strong Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills
Excellent organizational and project management skills; able to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines
Strong, clear, and concise written and verbal communication with ability to edit and prepare executive level communications
Proven ability to collaborate and build strong partnerships
Intellectual curiosity with a proven ability to learn quickly
High degree of initiative, self-direction, and ability to work well under pressure with limited guidance
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Advanced proficiency with OneNote and Visio preferred
Knowledge of Consumer and Community Banking (CCB) Risk, wholesale or Business Banking underwriting desired
Quality assurance experience is helpful
