　　The Role

　　We are in search of a Risk Management Associate to join our existing Risk and Insurance team in Saint John, NB. This role will report to the VP of Risk and Insurance.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Coordinate all claims related activities

　　Review first and third-party claims for eligibility, irregularities, accuracy and completeness, requesting additional information as necessary

　　Prepare proper documentation to file a claim and process it in the system

　　Verify insurance coverage, assist with claim settlement and handle paperwork related to claim settlements

　　Ensure accurate and timely reserving of claims

　　Maintain updated records and prepare required reports

　　Work collaboratively with internal and external partners, including domestic and international claim support

　　Support non-claims related activities of the Risk Management department

　　Skills and experience required:

　　Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects

　　Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

　　Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

　　Possess a detail-oriented approach to analysis.

　　Excellent time management capabilities

　　Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
