　　As an RFP Proposal Writer / Content Writer, you will have the exciting opportunity to author and manage bid and proposal documents that are an integral part of the overall success of the organization. Your responsibilities will include the end-to-end coordination, authoring, editing, shipping, and managing of technical and functional proposals to support Sales in winning new business in North America. As an ideal candidate, you will use your strong writing experience and stellar communication skills to help take our proposal writing and coordination to the next level. You should also have a passion for the written word and a demonstrated ability to see things from the audience’s point of view.

　　Successful candidates will spend 70% of their time creating, editing, maintaining, and evolving RFP content (including authoring questions and answers, supporting documents, and technical materials), 25% of your time managing the proposal process, and 5% of your time gathering data for proposal dashboards.

　　Responsibilities

　　· Creates, maintains, updates, and evolves our technical and functional responses in our online repository.

　　· Performs detailed analysis of RFP/RFQ/RFI documents to assess requirements.

　　· Work with RLDatix product management, documentation, and subject matter experts to prepare copy, and generate compelling responses to RFPs (Requests for Proposals), RFI’s (Request for Information) and Technical Questionnaires

　　· Review final proposal documents for responsiveness to evaluation requirements and comprehensiveness.

　　· Develops compelling proposal narratives that demonstrate the value of the company and our products.

　　· Manage multiple proposal submissions and responses at once, including leading kick-off meetings and coordinating / communicating with stakeholder teams.

　　· Translating technical information into readable responses, while ensuring content is persuasive and concise.

　　· Reviewing proposal responses for content flow, organization, compliance to requests including forms/terms/financial information, format specifications, syntax/grammar, and unified tone of voice.

　　Required Experience:

　　· 3+ years of professional experience with a SaaS based software company as a:

　　o RFP Writer or RFP Content Creator

　　o Technical writer for a SaaS based software company

　　o Technical support / customer service representative

　　· Should have a curious mind and enjoy finding answers to questions by engaging with various stakeholders to author and validate responses, and utilize them effectively in RFP Responses.

　　· Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills required.

　　· Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.

　　· Must be detail oriented.

　　· Self-directed and able to work well without close supervision.

　　· Able to convert complex technical information into everyday language easily understood by a general audience.

　　· Entrepreneurial, confident, and a self-starter with the ability to take initiative.

　　· Thrives in a dynamic, fast paced, high pressure environment.
