Job Overview:This position will coordinate the optimization and system design for TriHealthConnect revenue cycle applications. In collaboration with revenue cycle leadership, this position will identify problems, develop specifications and implement technology solutions for revenue cycle applications by working with the appropriate IT resource to make sure there is understanding of the issues, business needs and IT solutions. Coordinates the communication, information system development, and end-user education plan across all TriHealthConnect applications for ambulatory departments and hospitals. May also function in a leadership development role by overseeing work product of other employees in the department.Job Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Varied: Nursing, Allied Health, Business, Accounting, Information SystemsEquivalent experience accepted in lieu of degreeEPIC Certified for application supported within 3 months of hireExcellent communicationOrganizational skillsAbility to work independentlyAbility to problem solve & manage numerous issues in a high pressure environmentExpert in MS OfficeCustomer focused, highly motivated, team player with an eye for detail5-7 years experience Professional HealthcareJob Responsibilities:Acts as principal liaison of the Revenue Cycle to the IS Department to achieve desired outcomes. Works collaboratively with IS personnel to ensure mutual success. Analyzes, tests and recommends necessary changes to IS build from a systems perspective. Facilitates activities that move the TriHealth organization to best practice in revenue cycle operations and customer service.Serves as a consultant to all TriHealth departments in the area of Revenue Cycle applications with regard to workflows, processes, and changes in application functions.Organizes and coordinates projects as assigned. Makes contact with all parties impacted by a project and organizes this group to accomplish the work. Develops a timeline for projects indicating milestones with desired dates of completion. Works with others to accomplish tasks according to the timeline. Determines with input, the budget and funding necessary to complete a project.Communicates and coordinates application and process changes with credentialled trainers. Establishes course schedules and target completion dates in conjunction with managers and trainers. May also function as Principal trainer: Serves as a principal trainer for application. Maintains the MST database used for training.
