　　Duties:

　　Researchingtax or legal-related issues and documentingfindings,including reviewingtax records and applications for accuracyand completion

　　Gathering, evaluating, and presenting metrics related to assignedproject, includingcalculating sales, excise, income, or other taxes inorder to makeassessments

　　Contacting taxpayers by phone and/or mail to obtain or clarifyinformation, negotiating payment terms, collecting tax payments, andexplaining tax forms, laws, and policies

　　Interpreting and applying federal and state tax codes for personal,business, and corporate taxes

　　Requirements:

　　A Bachelors degree in a related field from an accredited institution

　　A four-year combination of training, education, and experience inbusiness, banking/finance, computer science, accounting, or taxcollection work isacceptable

　　Strong analyticskills

　　Knowledge of basic accounting practices

　　Effective written and verbal communication skills

　　Computer proficiency
