Reporting to the Retail IT Lead, you will be responsible for responsible for the day to day support of retail technology across Par Pacific. In the following areas, you will:Monitor and support all retail locations and the health and performance of all retail systems and infrastructure.Acts as primary contact for resolving Retail IT problems, conducting hands-on hardware/software fixes, liaising with third-party support teams for service requests, determining escalation routes for critical issues, and addressing internal business queries. This role occupies around 75-80% of the work week.In charge of documenting POS, desktop, laptop, virtual, and mobile device OS installations, as well as maintaining records of retail application software installations.Collaborate closely with retail team members on new projects and operational initiatives.Assists in planning and executing IT services and projects for Retail operations. Collaborates closely with TES to ensure effective coordination of IT functions and consistent alignment of goals.Monitors security compliance in accordance with TES standards, policies and proceduresEnd-User Compute Technology - desktop/laptop, mobile, and portable technologies, services desk/contact-center technologies, messaging (email, instant), collaboration, and social-networking technologies, unified communications, knowledge management and content management technologiesProvide assistance for various applications including PDI, SmartSheet, TeamViewer, Gasboy, and any other assigned applications.The RequirementsTo meet the basic qualifications for this role, you will have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship.
