　　What you ll do:

　　Uphold and enforce company policies, procedures, and corporate directivesExecute store opening and closing procedures and be highly responsible forthe store keys and security measuresServe as Manager on Duty when neededGive basic coaching to Retail Associates as neededHelp build product-knowledge driven sales culture, sharing your knowledgeof our industry, eco-initiatives, and high-quality product to Associatesand CustomersActively help and engage with customers wants and needsDrive sales and build relationships with customersRepresent Spyder brand with actions and knowledge of productBring your passion for Spyder and the action sports industry into the storeenvironment to connect and build relationships with customersComplete customer transactions in a timely and accurate mannerInform customers of current sales and promotionsMerchandise men s, women s, and kid s clothing and accessoriesMaintain floor appearance by receiving, checking, and shelving merchandiseMaintain store cleanliness by keeping areas organized and unclutteredCollaborate with your team and delegate as needed to complete assigned tasksContribute to a fun, organized, efficient environment and lead by examplePerform other duties as assigned

　　High school graduate or equivalent6 months to 1-year experience retail experience in an apparel storeFlexible schedule; ability to work days, nights, weekends and holidaysFamiliar with the Spyder brand and action sports industryInterpersonal, customer service, and basic math skillsLead a team by example effectivelyResponsible and dependableBe an effective team playerStrong ethical behaviorStrong sales training and knowledge
