　　OVERVIEW:

　　ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

　　Drives sales through community involvement by attending local market races as a representative of Dick's Sporting Goods to promote the Company as a destination shop for running enthusiasts.

　　Provides technical support based on in-depth product knowledge to other associates and customers on all footwear merchandise with a focus on merchandise geared towards runners.

　　Supports Company standards of selling and customer service by providing a friendly environment, including greeting and acknowledging every customer and maintaining solid product knowledge.

　　Maintains merchandise presentation standards and signage of Footwear Department to Company standards as directed.

　　Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention and standard operating procedures. Maintains confidentiality of all Company information.

　　Create an inclusive store environment where everyone (teammates and customer) feels welcome, safe, and is treated with respect.

　　Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store.

　　Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

　　QUALIFICATIONS:

　　Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferredTargeted Pay Range: $16 - $24. Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, location, experience and position offered.
