　　The Sodexo Campus Segment is looking for a Retail Manager 3 to oversee the Retail Dining locations at Massachusetts College of Art & Design and Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences ! Join the Colleges of the Fenway Dining Team and lead a licensed Starbucks store on the campus of Massachusetts College of Art and Design. Our successful candidate will be an expert at finding out what our customers want and exceeding customer expectations.

　　The Retail Manager is tasked with evolving the retail programs and continuing to drive innovation, engagement and satisfaction through a food forward restaurant quality approach to dining. This is an excellent position for a hands-on professional who is customer-service driven in a fast-paced, university/hospitality service environment. 　　Key Duties

　　Ensures there is a zero harm mindset for ourselves, our customers, our food & employees.

　　Directs daily operations of food quality & customer service in a retail food operation that may include branded concepts ensuring that employees have appropriate equipment, supplies and resources.

　　Manages cash handling protocols & control procedures according to Sodexo policies.

　　Maintains client satisfaction for food quality & customer service.

　　Accountable for the execution of service quality by maintaining the highest level of delivery.

　　Supervises day-to-day work activities of food service workers, supervisors & managers.

　　The successful candidate will:

　　lead front-line teams, mentoring them in accurate cash handling, operations, open and closing processes; and/or

　　train and manage department HACCP Safety Programs, Sodexo programs and daily operation standards.
