Job Purpose and Impact

　　公司産品品質控制、飼料産品安全保障、法律法規遵從及整個品質管理系統的維護。

　　Key Accountabilities

　　飼料製造(輸入)登記證申請及維護：

　　開發新産品時，進行飼料製造(輸入)登記證之申請。

　　確保飼料製造(輸入)登記證在有效期限內。

　　相關請證訊息，及時與技術及商務部門經理保持聯繫，溝通申請證照進度。

　　産品品質控制：

　　判定新原料能否使用及使用方案幷培訓現場人員。

　　按照原料及成品品質檢驗作業程序及品質標準，作好原料及成品的品質控制工作。

　　結合實際情况，對原料驗收標準進行更新，隨時保持與區域品管經理的聯繫和溝通。

　　對生産過程中産生的品質問題及時作出處理。

　　貫徹和落實嘉吉品質管理系統。

　　産品安全保障：

　　建立FSSC22000飼料安全管理系統。

　　協調各部門FSSC22000具體工作及每年的例行稽核。

　　按照嘉吉産品安全指導原則，開展化驗室的各項測試。

　　客戶投訴處理：

　　根據客戶投訴訊息，及時與相關部門協調幷對客戶投訴作出及時處理。

　　若涉及産品品質問題，及時與區域品管經理和配方人員聯繫和改進。

　　對客戶投訴進行分類和總結。

　　其他：

　　負責與生産部、采購部、銷售部、市場部、財務部等部門的協調工作。

　　部門內部工作安排和人才培訓。

　　協助新産品開發。

　　人才培養與人員培訓工作。

　　Qualifications

　　對知識和技能的基本要求 ：

　　熟悉飼料生産中的品質管理流程。

　　熟悉品管程序，包括對原料、産品及制程的品質管理。

　　知曉國家飼料法律法規要求。

　　具有較强的溝通、分析、協調能力和學習能力。

　　爲人正直，客觀看待問題。

　　具有本科及以上畜牧、動物營養或相關專業文化，專業能力强。
