The Co Team Leader is required to provide leadership for the successfuloperation of the entire sales floor and receiving area. The CTL createsand leads a sales team that is passionate about selling merchandise andensuring a good associate and customer experience. Responsibilitiesinclude all aspects of merchandising, Associate development, customerservice, and financial oversight.
Primary
Assist the Store Team Leader with managing payroll budgets,expenses, store banking, shrink reduction, and the timelycompletion of related reports to ensure financial andoperational goals are met.Demonstrates Ollie\'s \"Yes I Care, Yes I Can\" behaviors inproviding exceptional Associate and Customer serviceexperiences; makes sure all company standards are consistentlydemonstrated in every Associate and Customer interactionEnsure that store standards, seasonal transition planning,inventory processes, and company programs meet all operationalexpectations.Develop and execute talent planning to insure associate growth.Ensure proper scheduling and staffing for the business needs aremet.Perform all functions to open and close the store when neededand any additional responsibilities and/or duties as assigned.{=html}<>
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate orbachelor\'s degree related to Business Management preferredMinimum of 2 years\' retail management experience with a mid tolarge size retailerSchedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidayseasonal on a regular basisMust have a valid Driver\'s licensePhysical Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds.Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a safe manner.Ollie\'s is an equal opportunity employer.
